Made directly, checked before it leaves
Each piece is made in a partner workshop in China: we work directly with the manufacturers, with no importer or distributor in France. Before dispatch, it is checked and photographed: dimensions, finishes, assembly. You receive the photos. Before signing, you can receive a sample box of your materials: €39, delivery included (to addresses in France only for now), deducted from your order.

What is included
The complete design, a check of every measurement on a video call, manufacturing, quality control, packing, transport, customs clearance, delivery to the room of your choice, tracking, and free one-for-one take-back of your old furniture or light fitting (deliveries in France). Optional, on quotation: assembly by a local partner. Not included: anchoring, electrical connection, building work and any structural change. Minimum order: €1,500 of products.
Can I return a piece made to measure?
No: a piece made to your specifications cannot be returned, which is why you sign an approval for production that fixes every measurement and every finish. The legal guarantee of conformity does apply to all pieces. A standard item remains returnable within 14 days, at your cost. The details are in our terms of sale.
Is assembly included?
No, not by default: assembly is offered as an option, on quotation, through a local partner. Anchoring to the wall or ceiling and electrical connection must still be entrusted to a professional. Each sheet states the weight of the piece.
Will you take back my old furniture?
Yes, free of charge, on delivery in France. The take-back is one for one: a product of the same type, up to the quantity delivered. Tick the box in your brief or on your quote. Take-back terms: at the delivery address, items taken back are handed to the French schemes Ecomaison or ecosystem
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: €1,500 of products per order, design not included.
What are the lead times?
Manufacturing and transport included, as a guide: 4 to 6 weeks for small items, decoration and light fittings; 8 to 12 weeks for standard furniture; 10 to 14 weeks for made-to-measure furniture and large pieces. Your quote gives the lead time for each piece, and we deliver by the date it states at the latest.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Until you take possession of the pieces, the risk during transport is ours. If you can, note your reservations on the delivery note, and send us photos within 48 hours: they help our claim against the carrier. We arrange the repair or replacement. Neither this time limit nor these reservations affect your statutory rights.
Are customs duties included?
Within the EU, yes. The price of each piece includes manufacturing, transport, duties, taxes and delivery, and you have nothing to pay the carrier. Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
Which guarantees apply?
The two-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. We remain your single point of contact.
