Our method, from brief to delivery

You describe your project; we design it, have it made, import it and deliver it. At every step, you know who does what, what you receive and within what time.

The steps of a project

What you do
What you would like, your measurements, photos of every wall and every room.
What we do
We read everything and come back to you with a first reading of the project.

Next step: we design.

Reply within 24 working hours: what that means

A brief sent on a working day receives a personal reply before the same time on the next working day. A brief sent at the weekend or on a public holiday is treated as received at 9 a.m. (Paris time) on the next working day: the reply arrives before 9 a.m. on the working day after that.

A reply means a member of the team who has read your brief: a free quote, or the questions we still need answered to prepare it. The acknowledgement of receipt is automatic; the reply never is.

Who is on the team

Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.

What we need from you

  • Your wishes

Words, images you like, what you definitely do not want.

  • The dimensions

Length, width and ceiling height of each room, in centimetres, with windows, doors and sockets.

  • Photos

A photo of each wall, taken from the opposite corner, in daylight.

  • Your budget

A range is enough: it guides the choice of materials and the number of pieces to be made.

The approval for production

Before launching a workshop, we send you the sheet for each piece: measurements, materials, finishes, weight, tolerances. We check every measurement together on a video call, then you sign it. It is the sheet that goes into production, and the sheet that counts, not the render.

Tracking to your door

Each piece goes through five statuses: design, manufacturing, quality check, dispatch, delivery. You receive the quality-check photos, then the delivery information. Until you take possession of the pieces, the risk during transport is ours.
