No. Everything is done remotely, anywhere in France and Europe: you send us your wishes, your measurements and photos of each room, we talk in writing or on a video call, and we deliver to your home.

The Vraie Grandeur team. We work with artificial intelligence rendering tools, which we direct and correct until each image matches your room. Plans and manufacturing sheets are drawn up from your real measurements, never generated by AI.

No. A render shows an intention. What gets made is the specification sheet you sign: measurements, materials, finishes and tolerances. Every marble has its own veining and every lacquer a slight shade variation: the sheet says so.

Two rounds of changes are included in the design. Beyond that, we tell you the cost before we start.

E-design starts from €290 per room, depending on the number of rooms and their complexity; the amount is deducted from your order if you have furniture made with us within 6 months. Every manufactured piece has an all-inclusive price: manufacturing, transport, delivery, and duties and taxes within the EU (outside the EU, in the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient). The minimum order is €1,500 of products. The quote is free and carries no obligation.

We work directly with the manufacturers, with no importer or distributor in France: between the workshop and you, there is a single margin, ours. The price of each piece includes manufacturing, transport and delivery, plus duties and taxes within the EU (outside the EU, import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient). The éco-participation, the French recycling contribution, is included and shown separately, as French law requires.

E-design is paid when you accept the quote. For supply: a 50% deposit when you order, then the balance before dispatch. We do not offer payment in instalments.

In partner workshops in China. We work directly with the manufacturers, with no importer or distributor in France. The country of manufacture is shown on every quote, piece by piece.

Before each dispatch, the piece is checked and photographed: dimensions, finishes, assembly. You receive the photos. Before manufacturing, we check every measurement with you on a video call. You can also order a sample box to judge a marble, a lacquer or a velvet before you sign.

Up to 6 samples of your choice: fabrics, wood species, metal finishes, stone or ceramic, depending on the project. Delivery included, to addresses in France only for now. €39, deducted from your Design & supply order. Shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.

Not for the moment: we choose light fittings from the catalogues of manufacturers who supply their CE marking and EU declaration of conformity, and we check them before ordering. Furniture, on the other hand, is made to your measurements.

No. We draw pieces to your specifications and refuse to reproduce any protected design. Every sheet is checked on this point before it is sent to the workshop.

Design: 5 working days after we receive your information. Manufacturing and transport included, as a guide: 4 to 6 weeks for small items, decoration and light fittings; 8 to 12 weeks for standard furniture; 10 to 14 weeks for made-to-measure furniture and large pieces. Each quote gives the lead time piece by piece.

Until you take possession of the pieces, the risk during transport is ours. If you can, note your reservations on the delivery note, and send us photos within 48 hours: they help our claim against the carrier. We arrange the repair or replacement. Neither this time limit nor these reservations affect your statutory rights.

Yes, free of charge, on delivery in France. The take-back is one for one: a product of the same type, up to the quantity delivered. Tick the box provided in your brief or on your quote. Take-back terms: at the delivery address, items taken back are handed to the French schemes Ecomaison or ecosystem

We deliver to the room of your choice. Assembly is offered as an option, on quotation, through a local partner. Anchoring to the wall or ceiling and electrical connection are not part of our service: they must be entrusted to a professional. The weight of each piece is shown on its sheet.

For the design, you have 14 days, unless you asked for it to start before those 14 days had run out and it has been fully carried out. Pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned. A standard item can be returned within 14 days, at your cost: the estimated cost is shown on the quote.

All pieces benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two years and the guarantee against hidden defects. We are your single point of contact, even if the piece was made abroad.
